摘要: The effect of goat or cow milk-based diets, with either normal Fe content an overload, on bone turnover and the mineralization process was studied in control anemic rats during chronic repletion. One hundred eighty male Wistar were a pre-experimental period 40 d which they randomly divided into 2 groups, group receiving AIN-93G diet (45 mg/kg diet) Fe-deficient low (5 for d. After period, fed 10, 30, 50 diets overload (450 diet). In rats, milk increased levels biomarker formation N-terminal propeptides type I procollagen diminished parathyroid hormone after only 10 supplying this diet, indicating beginning restoration demineralization induced by anemia, not observed milk. 30 biomarkers resorption different between that Fe-deficiency anemia had recovered, although stabilization began earlier animals addition, higher Ca deposit femur, positively affects mineralization, as well increase sternum, indicates hematopoietic essentially recovered compared diet.
