摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) originally an unappreciated class of small ribonucleic acids (RNAs) were diagnosed as moderate biological modifiers. Over the years rigorous research on microRNAs established them a powerful regulator various cellular processes like occurrence different diseases. In this paper automata approach is used by replacing miRNA sequences with binary forms and using evolutionary rule those can be converted into distinct images. This immensely helpful images help in deciphering vital aspects which previously unknown thereby rendering it possible to find pattern.
