摘要: A study is made of the effects various factors such as time (7 years), temperature, high magnetic field up to 580 kOe and heat treatment (HT) on morphological structure hysteresis properties a high-coercive nanocrystalline (Nd0.55Ho0.45)2.7(Fe0.8Co0.2)14B1.2 alloy with low temperature coefficient remanence. We find rather weak effect (Nd0.55Ho0.45)2.7(Fe0.8Co0.2)14B1.2. After 7 years, loss in maximum energy product (BH)max no more than 5%. Annealing sample at 250 °C for 30 min decreases amount amorphous phase from 7.2 1.7%, while grains’ size 2-14-1 increases 83 109 nm. For HT alloy, magnetization jump observed H ~500 kOe. It can be attributed first-order process or spin-flip transition. Rectangularity loop degrades after annealing. In case short-time treatment, losses are ~10%.
