摘要: Fibrous dysplasia has been frequently reported to involve the spine in polyostotic form, but only rarely monostotic form of disease. The present case demonstrates fibrous fourth cervical vertebra. We plain radiographic, CT-scan, scintigraphy and histologic examinations. C3–C4 posterior anterior arthrodesis was performed. post-operative follow-up satisfactory.
