摘要: Single crystals of BaFX:Eu/sup 2 +/ phosphors have been prepared. Optical absorption spectra and stimulation measured with polarized light are in good agreement each other. The experimental ESR the F-rich X--rich undoped BaFX powder which x-rayed coincide calculated F(X-) F(F-) centers, respectively. In addition, decrease signal intensity exposure is substantially for case. It concluded that PSL caused by liberation electrons trapped at F centers created x-ray exposure.
