摘要: The invention provides a simple, sensitive method to determine the concentration of oligonucleotides in biological matrices, such as plasma. involves obtaining specimen containing an oligonucleotide, removing amount protein from sample, subjecting sample chromatographic separation, and analyzing eluant for oligonucleotide by mass spectrometry. assay reliable measure range about 5 10,000 ng/mL sample.
