摘要: Research on quality issues of business process models has recently begun to explore the creating by analyzing modeler’s interactions with modeling environment. In this paper we aim complement previous insights behavior data gathered tracking eye movements when engaged in act modeling. We present preliminary results and outline directions for future research triangulate toward a more comprehensive understanding believe that combining different views constitutes another building block will ultimately enable us support modelers better models.
