摘要: Abstract The reaction of (E)-chloroketals 1 with lithium powder and a catalytic amount DTBB (4 mol %) in THF at −90°C followed by treatment different electrophiles [H2O, D2O, ButCHO, PhCHO, Me2CO, ( CH 2 ) 4 C O, PhCOMe] −90 to −60°C affords, after hydrolysis water, the expected functionalised protected (E)-α,β-unsaturated ketones 3. deprotection products 3 is easily achieved silica gel/aqueous oxalic acid (cat.) yield (E)-functionalised alkenones 5.
