摘要: Abstract The miniband Aharonov-Bohm oscillations and the interminiband absorption coefficient have been considered theoretically for one-layer superlattices of square rectangular symmetries, composed cylindrical quantum rings in external transverse magnetic field with a periodic vector potential by lattice constants. crossings anticrossings energies corresponding to different values quasimomentum are observed. It is shown that energy gap between minibands sequence each can be tuned field. qualitatively depends on symmetry superlattice, induction incident light polarization. obtained results indicate possibility control electronic optical characteristics devices based ring superlattices.
