摘要: In this paper, a delay-dependent method is adopted to deal with the continuous-discrete operation mode and time delays induced by communication through open networks in load frequency control (LFC) scheme. By using novel technique, design problem of digital PID-type controller converted into static output feedback based on discrete-time system model. The gains are obtained networked theory, linear matrix inequality technique cone complementarity linearization algorithm. taking developed systematic procedures, controllers for LFC scheme three-area interconnected power designed. Simulation results show that designed provide better robustness against certain than existing controllers.
