摘要: Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) is the first described member in hormone family (1). Two other members, brain (BNP) and C-type (CNP), closely related to ANP, have been identified isolated with molecular biochemical characteristics similar but each derived from separate genes (2). Although these three types of peptides (ANP, BNP, CNP) highly homologous structure, they distinct sites synthesis, bind specific cell-surface receptors, probably elicit discrete biological functions (3,4). Among all peptides, ANP most extensively studied this group considered an important that regulates maintenance salt water homeostasis (3–7). The gene expressed several extracardiac tissues, where it has reported function autocrine and/or paracrine regulation, its existence by no means confined only heart (9,10). various cells tissues examined, found be present a number including adrenal glands (11), (12), pituitaries (13), placenta (14), spleen (15), thymus (16,17), testis (18,19), ovary (20,21), aortic endothelial (23–25).
