摘要: Objective. To investigate the pathogenesis of allergic asthma via nanoliter two-dimensional liquid chromatography (nano-2D-LC) technique. Method. 24 Wistar rats were randomized into 3 groups: blank-control group (A), restrained (B), and model (C). The technique was used to study differential protein expressions serum in asthmatic rats. Results. Compared with group, data from displayed a distinctive peak, that is, peak number 13 (94.731 min). also three missing peaks 1 (77.489 min), 2 (78.418 min), 5 (80.533 min), suggesting corresponding peptides might be related asthma. showed 4 new peaks, (79.398 min), 7 (81.824 min). (78.804 min), indicating those polypeptides binding-induced stress stimuli. Conclusion. suggests is closely abnormal levels proteins; however, future animal experiments should identify specific caused by factors.
