摘要: Abstract In this contribution, a simple and sensitive fluorescent sensor for the determination of both three ruthenium anticancer drugs (1 to 3) calf thymus DNA (ctDNA) was established based on CdTe quantum dots (QDs) fluorescence “OFF-ON” mode. Under experimental conditions, QDs can be effectively quenched by because surface binding these subsequent photoinduced electron transfer (PET) process from drugs, which render system into “OFF” status. The then “ON” after addition ctDNA brought restoration intensity, since broke away inserted double helix structure ctDNA. quenching effect QDs-ruthenium systems mainly concentration dependent, could used detect drugs. limits detection were 5.5 × 10−8 M drug 1, 7.0 2, 7.9× 3, respectively. relative restored intensity directly proportional in range 1.0 ∼ 3.0 10−7 M, with correlation coefficient (R) 0.9983 limit 1.1 10−9 M. standard deviation (RSD) 1.5 1.5% (n = 5). There almost no interference some common chemical compounds, nucleotides, amino acids, proteins. proposed method applied synthetic samples satisfactory results. possible reaction mechanism further investigated. This approach possessed potential applications investigation interaction between molecules DNA.
