摘要: Abstract Mesorhizobium sp. F28 was isolated from a wastewater treatment system in polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibre factory for its ability to convert acrylonitrile by nitrile hydratase (NHase)–amidase (AMase) system. This strain completely degraded at concentrations as high 18.4 mM, and exhibited 192 U mg −1 dcw NHase activity the conversion of acrylamide. The cobalt-containing purified moderately thermostable, keeping full up 45 °C; it also had optimum between pH 7.0 7.5. Acrylonitrile, propionitrile, isobutyronitrile, benzonitrile were good substrates F28. affinity ( K m = 0.53 mM) greater than that bacteria mentioned other researchers before.
