摘要: In this paper, a new current-mode front-end amplifier for biopotential signal recording system is proposed. A preamplifier incorporates with an active feedback loop to bypass any dc current generated by tissues designed as the first stage. programmable gain stage and filter are adjust both low-pass cutoff frequency, respectively. The fabricated in 0.18-µm CMOS technology. measured maximum 55.9 dB. high-pass frequency can achieve low 0.3Hz be adjusted from 1 KHz 10 KHz. input-referred noise 153fA/√Hz, power consumption 13 µW at 1-V supply.
