摘要: In this paper, we describe a new method to improve fast-light transmission, which uses cascades. We design simple plasmonic device that enables plasmonic-induced absorption (PIA). It consists mainly of two parallel rectangular cavities. The numerical results simulated by using the finite element (FEM) confirm its function. corresponding group delay-time can reach –0.146 ps for PIA window. Based on result, propose cascade device, with dual-rectangular cavity system as building block, transmission even more. indicate scheme increase –0.456 ps, means feature is substantially enhanced compared non-cascading approach. effect distance between resonators and other structural parameters also investigated. Finally, use concept build refractive-index sensor sensitivity 701 nm/RIU.
