It aims to assess early tumour response, detect local or metastatic recurrences which can be suitable for salvage treatment. cancer should also gastro-intestinal, urinary sexual toxicities may have an impact on quality life. This major concern the evaluation results intensity-modulated (IMRT) MRI-guided brachytherapy, lead better control bowel tolerance.
