摘要: Fourteen Muslim countries were explored for available national laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning assisted reproduction techniques (ART). These documents studied with total consideration of the ethical religious principles followed by Islamic religion. This study found different types legal issued legislatives authorities, committees, or professional bodies. Documents reviewed are directly related to medical use, access, research in field ART. Most showed various degrees deficiencies protections considerations. Certain that examined need be updated amended order follow continuous progress. The also certain difficulty legislating characterized multiculturalism traits beliefs. Recently, legislators have made many efforts. However, spread among is partial volume nature. comparison content international shows us most reproductions use demonstrate numerous term structure, nature, coverage controversial subjects.
