摘要: Laboratory bioassays were carried out to evaluate the effect of silica gel enhanced with essential oil (EO) Juniperus oxycedrus L. ssp. (Pinales: Cupressaceae) (derived from berry specimens Greece) against adults Sitophilus oryzae (L.) (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) and Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val Tenebrionidae). For that purpose, a dry mixture consisting 500 mg had absorbed 2.18 EO (total weight: 502.18 mg) was tested at three doses; 0.125, 0.250, 0.5 g/kg wheat, corresponding 125, 250, ppm, respectively, alone wheat different exposure intervals (24 48 h 7 14 d for S. oryzae; 24 7, 14, 21 T. confusum). The chemical content specific determined by gas chromatography (GC)-mass spectrometry (MS) analyses indicating presence 31 constituents myrcene germacrene-D being predominant compounds. bioactivity results indicated in resulted an 82% mortality treatment ppm gel. exposure, 100 98% died when they treated 250 gel, respectively. At all both h, significantly less than or In case confusum, only higher comparison other treatments. 125 Similar trends also noted there is no enhancement addition EO. Results herein suggest simultaneous use J. enhances its activity oryzae.
