摘要: Atomic ordering of strongly nonstoichiometric compounds like carbides transition metals is a very widespread phenomenon. The lower tungsten carbide \(\mathrm{W}_{2}\mathrm{C}_{y}\) interstitial compound and has wide homogeneity interval \(\mathrm{WC}_{0.34}-\mathrm{WC}_{0.52}\) at temperature \(\sim \)3000 K. literature data on the crystal structure disordered different ordered phases are contradictory. In this chapter symmetry analysis all possible superstructures performed physically sequence phase transformations in established. Also an analytical method proposed for calculating probabilities existence pair interactions nonmetal sublattice formed \(\mathrm{MX}_{y}\) \(\mathrm{M}_{2} \mathrm{X}_{y^{\prime }}\) with high content structural vacancies \(\square \).
