This article looks into the development cross-ownership capital and management networks in market on basis 150 biggest listed companies period 1998/2006. Owing to various institutional changes under review (especially adoption 2000 Tax Cut Act (Steuersenkungsgesetz), we have derived conclusion that traditional structures Germany dissolved. is based empirical results set out below: We observed (1) a decline investments inside network, (2) dissolution complex ownership financial services providers, (3) thinning supervisory council positions.
