摘要: Abstract Endothelium is the largest organ in body strategically located between wall of blood vessels and stream. The human contains approximately 1013 endothelial cells weighing 1 kg, covering a surface area 4000 to 7000 m2 equivalent soccer playground. Hypertension shear stress, inflammation, diabetes-associated factors such as advanced glycated end products, uremic toxins are some prevalent risk dysfunction chronic kidney disease. In renal failure atherosclerosis almost universal, well cardiovascular complications. Endothelial cell damage or injury invariably associated with clinical conditions thrombosis, hypertension, may be also responsible for accelerated patients failure. Traditional factor cannot explain high prevalence incidence disease disease, therefore other non-traditional dysfunction, oxidative stress insulin resistance have increasingly been studied. this review paper mechanism including role nitric oxide pathway, adipocytokines hemodialysis-induced discussed.
