摘要: The fungus Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) is a pathogen associated with global declines of amphibians. We used qPCR to detect Bd in 255 samples from 10 Polish populations 8 species. found infection 3 species (Bombina variegata, Pelophylax lessonae, P. esculentus). intensity lessonae reached maximum 58400 genomic equivalents zoospores (GE), and the 2 most heavily infected individuals died. Previous observations that included showed reduced body size, failure reproduce, mortalities adults. These data highlight importance emerging diseases, need recognize them as an important factor conservation genus Poland Central Eastern Europe.
