摘要: A sample of 336 undergraduate students (168 women and 168 men) read summaries fictitious court cases prompted by 1 4 possible promotion decisions in 3 different jobs or occupations. Subjects assessed the fairness decision qualifications promoted nonpromoted employees. Women men perceived a member opposite sex instead their own as significantly less fair than any other (opposite sex, same sex). Perceptions candidates' qualifications, however, were not influenced job type (masculine vs. neutral), interactions these variables
