Identification and optimization for hydraulic roll gap control in strip rolling mill

摘要: In order to improve the control performance of strip rolling mill, theoretical model hydraulic gap (HGC) system was established. HGC offline identification scheme designed for a tandem cold parameters were identified by ARX model, and verified. Taking as initial values, online using recursive least square carried out with changing. For purpose improving robustness decreasing sensitivity due errors, based on generalized predictive (GPC) designed, simulation experiments traditional controller GPC conducted. The results show that both controllers acquire good effect matching. When mismatches, controller, overshot will increase 76.7% rising time 165.7 ms, which cannot be accepted system; is less than 8.5%, 26 ms in any case.
