摘要: Abstract 1. Isolated gills from four species of teleostean fishes were perfused under constant pressure and the rate perfusion was measured with a drop recorder. 2. Adrenaline noradrenaline had strong dilatory effects, being more active than adrenaline. 3. Constriction seen after 5-hydroxytryptamine acetylcholine. 4. Preparations Zoarces viviparus sensitive gill preparations other species. 5. No vasomotor reactions could be demonstrated in elasmobranch Squalus.
