摘要: Das akute Koronarsyndrom weist ein weites Spektrum auf: auf der einen Seite findet sich die myokardiale Ischamie ohne EKG-Veranderungen und enzymatischen Nachweis einer myokardialen Nekrose, anderen transrnurale Infarkt mit Ausbildung von Q-Zacken trotz Fehlen ST-Streckenhebungen im akuten Infarktstadium initialer Klassifikation als Non-Q-Wave-Infarkt (2- 15% aller Patienten). Der ist haufiger bei Frau (25%) beim Mann (16%) anzutreffen. Thrombus Non-QWave- in Regel thrombozytenreich (Q-Wave-Infarkt: erythrozten- fibrinreich) korreliert Tatsache, dass Frauen eine hohere Thrombozytenaggregabilitat aufweisen Manner. Dies spielt fur Wirksamkeit Therapie wichtige Rolle.
