摘要: Abstract An improved l -lysine amperometric biosensor based on lysine oxidase immobilised onto a platinum electrode by glutaraldehyde co-crosslinking with bovine serum albumin is described. A thoroughly optimization of the enzyme immobilization procedure permitted fabrication fast-response high sensitivity and stability. Moreover, relevant electrochemical study showed possibility to tune overall kinetic control from merely diffusive enzymatic or mixed switching pH weakly alkaline acid values, respectively, as well controlling its hydrodynamic behaviour. The response time, t0.95, evaluated in batch addition experiments, was lower than 6 s. Linear responses up 0.6 M were observed 4.4 μA mM−1, while detection limit at S/N = 3 1 μM. sensor has been tested for determination pharmaceutical sample obtaining good agreement expected values.
