摘要: Abstract The HRHS steel has been used at its very best in automobile parts. Compared with hardened and tempered steels, it can save on a vast amount of heat energy (omitting the hardening tempering from process), lower noise operation, ensure safety production greatly (avoiding microcrack parts quenching). At present, basis residual heating after forging controlled cooling, medium carbon (∼0.4 wt.%) Mn–V (or Ti, Nb, Zr) alloy steels pearlite ferrite microstructure have mainly factories all over world. However, because ability to control cooling is not too much continuous for parts, thus there are lot problems industrial including only one kind grade corresponding part, strict requirement controlling hardenability band, relatively low strength toughness (HB 229∼269) high cost.
