摘要: One of the grand goals scientific endeavour in 21st century is to probe and control chemical reactions biological function real time. Ideally, this requires tempororal resolution few tens femtoseconds spatial sub-angstroms. For gas-phase molecules, ultrafast electron diffraction (UED) laser-induced (LIED) have been shown be powerful tools where change atomic positions a molecule can extracted from measured momentum spectra, thus creating “molecular movie” that reveals molecular dynamics In chapter we address structure retrieval methods for both UED LIED, especially images created molecules are partially aligned. The basic principle LIED recent experiment observing bond breaking using also illustrated.
