摘要: During the formation of spermatozoa, a process called spermatogenesis, haploid cells are formed. The development an organism starts when this cell, spermatozoon, fertilizes oocyte, restoring somatic diploidy. spermatozoon does not contain just male genome, but also set signals and organelles necessary for initiation development. Fertilization consists four steps: gamete interaction, oocyte penetration, fusion genetic material activation oocyte’s metabolism However, should deliver its centrosome, which serves as template enabling further cleavage divisions fertilized oocyte. Apart from supplies RNA transcripts to date their role remains speculative.
