摘要: Abstract In this study Geographic Information System (GIS) and Dynamics (SD) were used for assessment of the impacts storm surges on coastal communities. Storm Surges flooding simulated using Advanced CIRCulation (ADCIRC) Simulating Waves Nearshore (SWAN) numerical models, spatial features water depths, wave heights velocities imported into ESRI ArcMap Arc-StormSurge toolbox. SD GIS integrated to develop a Spatial (SSD), applied as single modeling framework simulate feedback-based surge in time space. Total damages (direct + indirect) events community elements model. model, direct from model through data dynamic exchange procedure, indirect considered an estimation related damage first day event, which decreases exponentially subsequent days. The developed was case Chabahar city, south-east Iran. Seven scenarios defined based historical hydrodynamic modeling, SSD run them. best total obtained after 8 days simulation, comparison with reference data. assessments showed exponential trends maximum level rise (MWLR) relation estimation. functional form MWLR estimated suggested be fast prediction tool rapid damages.
