摘要: Biological properties of titanium implant depend on its surface oxide film. In the present study, films were characterized and relationship between characterization bioactivity was studied. The obtained by heat-treatment in different oxidation atmospheres, such as air, oxygen water vapor. heat-treated plates investigated immersion test a supersaturated calcium phosphate solution. roughness, energy morphology, chemical composition crystal structure used to characterize surfaces. performed using profilometer, scanning electronic microscopy, ssesile drop method, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, common Bragg diffraction sample tilting diffraction. Percentage hydroxyl groups determined spectroscopy analysis for density measured method powders. results indicated that uniformly roughened increased energy. After predominantly rutile TiO2, planes preferentially orientated (1 1 0) plane with highest ions. Heat-treatment amount titanium. atmospheres resulted percentages species physisorbed acidic groups, basic solution showed apatite spontaneously formed films. This revealed could be bioactivated. analyses coatings confirmed has strong effect related not only their but also endowed increasing
