摘要: Kα radiation from low charge chlorine is examined for cold dense plasma diagnostics. A relativistic atomic structure calculation shows that the transition energies of lines are slightly shifted to a higher-energy side according degree M-shell ionization. Total spectral shift Cl + up those with fully stripped about 10 eV. With an assumption collisional-radiative-equilibrium valid, calculations were carried out C 2 H 3 Cl-plasma heated by ion beam, and clear deformation among line-shapes found in range electron temperatures ≤~ 30 eV. Contribution composite spectra excited outer-shell also briefly discussed. Cl-Kα electrons can be expected give us distinct understandings energy deposition beam plasma.
