摘要: Previous research in the area of leisure services has found that gender inequity is a significant problem. The purpose this study was to examine equity issues within therapeutic recreation, specifically perceptions workplace and attitudes behaviors including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, citizenship behavior (OCB), intent leave. based on Equity Theory construct Sensitivity. A mail survey sent 1000 CTRSs North America. Results indicated primary differences between men women were areas satisfaction OCB. Differences also among categories sensitivity with regard OCB, Recommendations for practitioners researchers are noted.
