摘要: Pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) is a chronic dermatosis characterized by scaling of the scalp, erythema and face neck, hyperkeratosis palms soles, keratotic follicular plugs extremities trunk. An 11½-year-old girl presented with clinical histological features PRP. analysis 173 case reports PRP from English language literature revealed onset this condition at any age birth to 70 years no significant or sex predilection. The most frequently affected areas are palms. No laboratory test other than skin biopsy has diagnostic value. Many regimens have been used in treatment but their exact value uncertain.
