摘要: A new compatibilized method was used to prepare thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) of nitrile rubber (NBR) and polypropylene (PP) with excellent mechanical properties by dynamic vulcanization. Glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) grafted PP/amino-compound as a compatibilizer. The effects the curing systems, compatibilizer, PP type, reprocessing on NBR/PP elastomers were investigated in detail. Experimental results showed that addition amino-compound compatibilzer can significantly increase elastomer. Compared other amino-compounds, diethylenetriamine (DETA) has best effect. higher molecular weight is more suitable for preparing high tensile strength elongation at break. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
