摘要: Summary During senescence a close correlation was found between the chlorophyll content and increase of chlorophyllase activity, in detached barley leaves. The effects kinetin (5.5 x 10−5 M), abscisic-acid (7 spermine (10−2M), CaCl2 (10−2M) on retention may be associated with levels while effect gibberellic acid seems to independent activity. data support hypothesis that plays an important role catabolism chlorophylls during leaves, hormonal regulation degradation is, at least part, through this enzyme.
