摘要: The cardiac receptor for calcium channel blockers was purified from bovine microsomal membranes which contained 235 +/- 33 fmol nimodipine-binding sites/mg protein (mean SEM of nine preparations). To identify the during purification 20% its binding sites were prelabeled with (+)[3H]PN200-110. solubilized 0.6% digitonin and to a specific density 157 pmol/mg using combination ion-exchange, wheat-germ-agglutinin-Sepharose chromatography sucrose gradient centrifugation. In last bound (+)[3H]PN200-110 comigrated 195-kDa protein. ( +/-)[3H]Azidopine [3H]ludopamil, photoaffinity ligands dihydropyridine phenylalkylamine-binding site channel, incorporated specifically into These data indicate that is Its molecular mass suggests differs considerably rabbit skeletal muscle blockers.
