Algae and cyanoprokaryotic species from peat bogs, streams, ponds and aerial biotopes in the region of South Šumava Mts.

摘要: This paper presents the algological floristic investigation of South Sumava Mts. In vicinity Lipno I. Reservoir. total, 137 taxa were determined. The most interesting species found in Olsina pond Crucigenia quadrata and Eutetramorus planctonicus; Planicský centric diatom Aulacoseira crenulata silica-scaled chrysophytes (Mallomonas caudata Synura petersenii) dominated plankton community. An filamentous green alga Draparnaldia mutabilis occurred a small periodic stream near pond. Coleochaete scutata grew epiphytically on submersed vegetation Smrcinský stream. autumn community developed village Nova Pec, with dominant Uroglena americana, Micrasterias americana very rare desmid Spondylosium papillosum.
