摘要: Transducers of the resistance wire type are described, wherein strained wires adapted to function both as a sensor and load bearing member. These transducers comprise pair spaced apart carrying or attaching devices which connected by plurality lengths filament, such coil, belt rope construction, in individual mechanically parallel but preferably series electrically so form continuous passing back forth between connecting two elements. In preferred embodiment, ends length rope, constructed insulated wire, held in, from, terminal fittings sockets; is composed at their alternate ends, suitable means lead provided connect ultimate serially conventional four-arm bridge circuit, whereby changes induced dimensional therein caused forces applied may be measured.
