摘要: Abstract. Stratospheric radiative damping increases as atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration rises. We use the one-dimensional mechanistic models of quasi-biennial oscillation (QBO) to conduct sensitivity experiments and find that simulated QBO period shortens due enhancing in stratosphere. This result suggests increasing stratospheric rising CO2 may play a role determining warming climate along with wave momentum flux entering stratosphere tropical vertical residual velocity, both which also respond .
