摘要: In a sample survey of 15 conventional cumin fields western Rajasthan the wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cumini (Foe) was severe (20 - 35%) in five, moderate « 15%) six, and absent four fields. Wilt incidence high where pearl millet rainy season crop, less those with summer fallow or ploughing. disease either low, population density Trichoderma spp. low spp including Foe were recorded. effectively inhibited growth I sporulation vitro through production volatile non-volatile antibiotics. pot trial T. aureoviride harzianum as seed plus soil application resulted significantly higher germination lower disease. High densities spp, considerably (over untreated controls) recorded rhizosphere at 30, 60 90 days sowing. Combination both SCAs more effective than individual for suppression.
