摘要: We have shown that the H2O2 concentration in exhaled breath condensate (EBC) lung cancer patients increases significantly compared to EBC of healthy people and revealed correlation between level amount mtDNA damage buccal mucosa cells. The hyper-production may trigger mitochondrial biogenesis, thereby resulting an increase copy number. However, we did not observe a significant difference studied parameters smokers non-smokers. Overall, our data suggest EBC, extent damage, number could be potential as early diagnostic marker cancer.
