摘要: Local removal of halocarbons from air by using high‐power microwave sources is investigated. The destruction can be caused free electrons produced in a freely localized discharge initiated the focused beam. After fast cooling, attach to halocarbon molecules and destroy them. Operating regimes their efficiencies are analyzed, corresponding parameters specified. availability for such processes discussed.
