摘要: Abstract Despite the enormous gains made in variety and specificity of antihypertensive agents, much hypertension remains uncontrolled. It is important to understand how psychosocial behavioral factors interact with pathophysiologic regulating mechanisms produce hypertension, other interventions may be used reduce blood pressure. The author surveys psychologic mechanisms, examines role nervous system, presents treatment recommendations, including roles medication, rest relaxation, biofeedback, diet.
