摘要: This longitudinal research study investigates the teaching and expectations for potential IS professors. Most university departments advertise specific job skills qualifications when they attempt to recruit faculty members. examines over 400 placement advertisements academic recruiting years 2001-2002, 2002-2003 2003-2004. Top areas that universities are interested in their new hires identified. The then whether interests of candidates seeking appointments similar. Over candidate doctorates’ resumes content analyzed preferences By looking at needs candidates, it is possible identify if a gap exists between two.
