摘要: Abstract A series of different benzofuran–bisindole hybrids were synthesized and evaluated in vitro for their antioxidant in vivo antidyslipidemic activity in triton WR-1339 induced hyperlipidemic rats. Among the series, compounds 4a, 4c, 4h 4j showed significant decrease plasma levels total cholesterol (TC), phospholipids (PL) triglycerides (TG) followed by increase post heparin lipolytic (PHLA). In addition, active possessed moderate properties increased lecithin acyltransferase (LCAT) activity, which plays a key role lipoprotein metabolism contributing to an level HDL-C serum. These results indicate that these constitute novel prototypes management dyslipidemia.
