摘要: Several molecules and events involved in cell response to radiation-induced damage have been investigated towards a personalized radiotherapy. Considering the importance of active caspase-3 proteolytic cascade that ensures apoptosis execution, this research was designed evaluate expression levels protein as bioindicator individual radiosensitivity. Peripheral blood samples 10 healthy individuals were gamma-irradiated (cobalt-60 source) with 1, 2 4 Gy (control: non-irradiated samples), measured lymphocytes, by flow cytometry, ex vivo after different times vitro incubation (24, 48 72 hours). Short-term 24 h most adequate condition evidence correlations between dose radiation expression. For each dose, it observed significant inter-individual variation intensity, suggesting parameter may be suitable for The methodology presented discussed work help predict tissues exposure toward better patient outcome
