摘要: Effect of organic gel composition and the crystallization conditions on synthesis AlPO4-5 by using microwave heating technique were investigated. The samples obtained hydrothermal at 150-200°C in a Teflon autoclave oven. Samples prepared different molar compositions reactants; 85% H3PO4, aluminium isopropoxide, tripropylamine hydroxide, tripropylamine, triethylamine 40% HF water. Influence power (120-800 W), times (60-180 s) simultaneous modes analysed SEM, XRD, surface analysis techniques. Usage drastically reduced compared with conventional methods. Morphology phase purity molecular sieves strongly depended initial periods. Perfect hexagonal products good crystallinity rod-like shape, well-defined edges faces formed, synthesized. average crystal sizes length along c-axis ca. 5 mm from SEM images. In XRD patterns recorded for crystals, (100), (210), (002) (211) peaks detected d values 11.92 , 4.51 4.19 3.97 respectively, addition to small features around 15° 2q. Average BET area AlPO4-5's 107 m2/g pore diameter was 1.7 nm.
